Gum Hygiene

Do you suffer from bleeding gums? Come see us to have them checked out. Bleeding gums or gingivitis is caused by bacteria that is living near the gums. These bacteria release toxins and stimulate inflammation in the area. If left untreated the bacteria can progress to the deeper tissues causing periodontal disease.

We provide a regular hygiene service to all of our patients to ensure that they are protected from gum disease. This involves regular monitoring, scaling and polishing and hygiene advice.

Regular hygiene services are provided by our very talented and friendly hygienists (Denise and Petra). If you suffer from advanced gum disease (periodontal disease) then you will require the assessment from our periodontal specialist, Faizan Zaheer.
